When CareFusion needed to reimagine the user experience for their medication and inventory management systems, they turned to InterKnowlogy. Their systems were hard to use, difficult to train, not easy to maintain, and difficult to add new features to. In the end, they ended up with a UX that was designed around the user, making all the well traveled pathways through the app much easier to follow. The training demands were also significantly reduced as the interface just made sense to the people using it. Finally, adding new features was simplified with a modern app architecture.
